Elk Hunting Land Needed

We have 6 guys planning on coming out first season to hunt unit 16 private land. Our tags came last week and this week we find out the land has sold and we can not hunt it. We had nothing in writing so now we need to find some private land to hunt. I know we can get refunds and buy over the counter bull tags for later seasons but we would like to keep the tags we have if possible. Does anyone know if its possible to find someone who would allow us to hunt their land for a tresspass fee of around $500 each in unit 16 first season.
