Line Twist on snell

I continue to have line twist issues with the snells on my lindy rigs. I attach the snell to a ball barrel swivel. At first I thought it was a speed issue, so I make sure I go as slow as possible. I still get twist. I am thinking the swivel is the problem. I am using cheap, small swivels. Would it make sense to go to a larger swivel? What else could I try?

I had the same problem,I was told to try better ball bearing swivels .Salesman recomeneded a cheaper swivel called SPRO and it has been working good.I have been using a smaller size.

I use a size 7 crane swivel and don't have twisting issues or performance because of the larger swivel issues either.

Make sure you put a bead in between your swivel and your sinker. That will help quite a bit if you're not already doing that.

yes a bead and a ball BEARING swibel will help a lot.. barrel swivels are nice. but not as good.
