Swimming Beach?

I don't know where else to post this, but does anyone know of some good beaches in the north or north west metro? I've been to the beach in big lake and that was ok, but thought I would get everyones input.

Lake Independence has a nice swim beach. Hwy 55 west to Cty 19 south.

I imagine the Fish Lake Regional Park in Maple Grove is decent?

French Park on the north side of Medicine lake has a beach. Entrance is on county road 9.

There is a really nice swimming area at Elm Creek Park.

Lake George has a really nice park right off of Round Lake Blvd north of Andover Its a county park so you have to pay a access fee to enter or you can buy a season pass for 25.00
