FISHER ED
Ask just about anyone I know and they will tell you I have come up with some pretty stupid ideas in the past so lets try this one on for size. It's a known fact that mosquitos are attracted to carbon dioxide. It's also known that garlic is a natural mosquito repelant. So when I see all these little buggers flying around my dogs mouth and head I start thinking, what if I give him a garlic suppliment in his food? Something that would put a garlic odor on his breath and maybe even seep through this skin. Does anyone know if there may be any negative (health) side effects from doing this? Granted, he'd smell like an Italian restaurant but what the heck, I like Italian. Besides, garlic breath would be better than his normal dog food/butt crack/ball breath
Dan Thiem
Ed, I don't know the answer to that, but I sure did get a good laugh out of it!
Eric Wettschreck
Don't know if it will work. However, if it does, please let me know as Jeffrey has the worst "Been chewing on something dead and gamey" breath on the planet.
Blackduck
I've heard it works for us, so it should for them. Shouldn't be any ill side effects either. I've seen my dog put some suspect things in his mouth from time to time.
