I dropped my car battery charger and now it doesn't work. It makes noise when I cycle through the switch settings but there's nothing with the meter and no spark at the clamps.
I'm guessing that there may be a fuse inside. I've never been inside one of the boxes before and have had the charger long enough that I may not have the paperwork. Should I be concerned about any stored charge like with a TV? Any thoughts?
