Pocono with no shifting???

How do you guys think the gear rule will effect this race since most drivers say it will eliminate shifting? I personally think that was a thing the drivers had to do and it made the better more well rounded drivers rise to the top here. I hope it doesn't make it easier and less of a driver's track...

No shifting? I know the trans. gear ratios at the plate tracks are spec'd, but on this track too?
