Geez- We come back to take a 8-5 lead after spotting the D's a 4-0 lead, and Rincon comes in and gives up a 3-run shot in the bottom of the eighth. Not extra innings again!!

Yeah, that wasn't any fun. That D-backs team can hit though. Luckily, we decided to use up some of the clutch hitting we've been saved up early in the year. That Hunter play was just flat-out Twins baseball too. Force them to make mistakes and capitilize. 9:10 tonight on ESPN ... should be interesting.

I thought the White Sox have been getting lucky, I'd agree and say Torri got lucky with his happy feet in the 9th inning himself!

Yeah, it was an interesting end. Nathan gave me heartburn again, but it was a pretty gutsy win for our boys.

Hunter's baserunning wasn't pretty, but I guess you can't argue with effectiveness. I'm still trying to figure out how the shortstop didn't tag him on his way back to the bag though.

i loved that play by hunter, as well the 2nd baseman moved toward to 3rd when he caught the ball and hunter just slid right underneath him, i thought it was awesome but he should have been out but ah, Twins won! Go Twins!

pikehunter...the infielder had no idea that Hunter was coming back to second base. When he caught the ball, he turned to run toward third because he thought that Hunter would be caught in the rundown. He was quite surprised when he turned and almost tripped over Hunter...

Yeah, I saw that, but I don't know how he didn't see him. Slid just in time I guess.

Good win last night ... I'm lovin Jones and Hunter batting back-to-back in the middle of the order. They seem to feed off each other there the same way they do in the field.
