Lowrance LMS-350A Fish Finder

Recently having problems with my Lowrance which has worked fine until now. Theres some kind of interference on the top 2-5 ft depending on depth of water fishing. Basically just dots or shading. Hopefully someone understand what I mean. Anyone know what might cause this? Something get switched somewhere on a menu? Any ideas what? Tried looking in the manual for trouble shooting but there wasn't anything. Thanks for any help!

I believe you may just have surface clutter reading on your finder, I'ts common for all locaters to have some surface clutter. Your Lowrance manual should explain this. Usually turning down your sensitivity should help, otherwise everything sounds normal.

I had a problem with my LMS-350A a couple of years ago. Not the same problem, but the unit would not turn on. I finally contacted Lowrance, they gave me an RMA number and I sent it back on UPS. Eight days later it came back fully repaired and updated, with a new bezel, screen shield and touch panel. Cost to me = $0.00. At the time the unit was 10 yrs old.
