Any fly in Canadian Fisherman out there? My dad and I used to fly in our inflatable boat into remote Canadian lakes. Unfortunately, my dad is now 82 and is not able to do this any longer. I don't want to go with out him so it is time to sell.

3 air chambers on boat sides and front

2 air chambers in keel/floor

Used on only 4 Canadian fly in trips

Like new condition (doesn't leak)

Pictures can be sent by e-mailing [email protected]

Price $2,800 (brand new is about $5,500)

Hey pegleg,

Not to sound untrusting, but the price sounds too good to be true. Are you certain there is nothing wrong with this equipment? If it's in as good of shape as you say, I would be interested. Please confirm the condition. Thanks!

BurthaJed, this boat is in excellent shape. I filled it a couple of weeks ago and it hasn't leaked. Why go to a Canadian camp and pay $1,000 per guy when you could go to a Canadian fly out service and pay $400 or $500 per guy and fish Virgin waters and set your own schedule. A lot of 25# plus northerns and 8# plus walleyes caught out of this boat.

It is rated for a 40 HP motor. We had a 15 HP on it and it planes very well with 3 guys in it and gear. We then switched to two 4 HP motors (ran them together or trolled with one) because we were on Canadian fly in's and we could take less gas (the more gas you take the less beer you could take because you were restricted on weight), plus have another motor for a back up just in case we had a problem with one motor. This worked very well, especially when you fly in 200 miles one way and never see another person or plane for a week.

Alot of fun and a lot of great memories on these fly in fishing trips.

Hey Pegleg if you are having a hard time selling it, I would try an Alaskan hunting forum. Those boats are not the most popular inflatable up here but should sell no problem. Shipping will be the only issue, but for 2 grand get them to pay shipping. email me for the forum if you want
