Bowfishing for Carp

My Brother lives close to Waterloo and wants to give carp shooting a go. Typically when does the spawn start in that area. Anyone know the water temp when they get stirring real good? Thanks........

in river you can get them from the bank around mid june and lake mid july. If you have a boat you can get them mid-may. This is all dependent on the body of water, physical location and weather.
