2003 yamaha kodiak

I have an oppurtunity to buy an 03 kodiak, automatic, 400.

I have never owned an atv, but drove one last year. quite a lot of fun. can anyone provide me an estimate price for this unit. I want to know if the seller is fair or not. I will be looking at it on Sunday. He says it has low hours. It also comes with an 8 x 8 trailer. the price he is offering it to me for is $3700. any help would be helpful.

also does it matter that I am 6'6" tall and weigh close to 300lbs. thanks a bunch, stretch

I'd jump all over that one, if it is truly low hours.

As far as your size, there aren't really ATV's that are a lot larger in size. I have a Kodiak, and would love another one at that price.

NADA price is 2925(trade) to 3920 (retail)

Kelley Blue Book is 2945 (trade) to 3875 (retail)

Including a trailer, depends on the condition of that also, price sounds reasonable. Can't really get a decent 8X8 trailer for maybe $300, I would think.

I wouldn't be afraid of the size for you either.
