Dan Devine's dog was killed in MN? Did Devine live in Stillwater and commute to GB? I have heard a couple different versions of the story and read the Time Magazine interview with Devine that says he was harassed by Packer fans and that they shot his dog. Maybe he was lying but that seems to be the most common belief and the only version I have seen published in the national media.

I was only responding to Bottomfeeders insult of the Vikes players and I certainly didn't bring this forum to a level not seen nearly every day, so if you would like to throw out the "grow up" shot I can take it but maybe you should direct it at everyone who has ever participated in these discussions including yourself. Would you have felt better if I put a after it to show it was done a little tongue in cheek? Maybe you should let your skin get a little thicker? If you disagree, please post why I have done something so much more distasteful that most things here and I will look at it with a open mind and respond accordingly. If a apology is warranted it will come first chance.

The apology is all mine, I was making reference to a different instance, I apologize for not asking before telling you to grow up. I just felt like that comment was unnecessary in any case, my bad. If we want to get into the bad habits of some sick football fans I suppose we could start another thread, might be interesting.

Thank you Bareback, but no apology was needed if it was a misunderstanding. The explanation was sufficient. I don't mean to offend, I just sometimes want to get a little under the skin if the post I am responding to warrants a little scacasm, etc.. I am willing to be called out anytime someone thinks I crossed the line.

Of course Packer Fans ar a little irratible right now! I would be to if I had to chear that dreadful team on for the next 5 years . Im cutting all Packer fans a break this year and just leaving em alone, it'll be hard enuff watching Brett cry after all 16 losses this year!
