hello, i tried to e-mail you at that address it said it had to many characters. leave me a post on this site and i will check it more often. i don't want to put my e-mail on the open web.i'll try that address again on monday from my work pc.

Just take out the spaces, replace the word "dot" with a period, and throw a @ symbol in for the word "at".

You'll then end up with something like [email protected]. Obviously, you'll use "bornofice" instead of "joeblow" and "yahoo" instead of "here".
