Salmo lures?

Recommended Posts

The Maurader is brand spanking new. Salmo came out with several new lures this year. As with all of their products, I'm sure they'll be rock solid and totally dependable. Yep, they're pricey, but they're top of the line in my book.

I agree with Scoot. I used the "fatso" (bass & yellow perch) last summer and had good luck with them. They seem very well built. I also have one "slider"...pike seem to have loved it. laugh.gif

I could never get past the high price for Salmo lures, I know a few people that use them, however they haven't exactly been raving about them. smile.gif

Your bound to hear more about them, they are on a big push into the bass and walleye market, with a number of new crankbaits. Unless I hear they are really pounding them on Salmo's, I think I'll be sticking with what I have. JMO

I've got a 10" pike jerk bait that looks pretty cool, but i've never really used it long enough to raise any interest. I've got fatso too, and i've had some follows, but no takers with that. I originally bought them because i was impressed with the paintjobs, but they seem to hold up fairly well, and you can cast that fatso for a country mile grin.gif
