Seen some snows in MN this weekend.

A buddy of mine and my self managed to get out west and shoot a few. We ended up with somewhere around 40 or so for a day and a half of hunting.

good to hear...at first I thought you were saying that you shot some in MN (which would be illegal since the season doesn't start until March 1st) but then I saw the other thread and learned you were in SD. Where about in MN did you see the snows? What kind of numbers were there?

Where in MN did ya see them??? I've been keeping my eyes peeled here in SW MN and haven't seen anything, yet. A few flocks of honkers here and there, but no snows.

I saw only a couple near Orwell Dam, Fergus Falls. But thats all I have seen.

Just got off the phone with a relative who works in Marshall. Seems there's a pretty decent size bunch around Lake Benton. Don't know all the details, just heard "thousands". Plan on driving around a little in SW MN this weekend, and heading to SD the 18th...... shoot 'em up!
