MN Pro /Am's

Always kept an eye on the different pro am tournaments around minnesota and wisonsin, but now that Gander dropped sponsorship, I can't find any. If my brother and I are unable to fish LETS this year, I was hoping to enter one or two as an am. as I thought it would be an intersting and fun learning experience, but now I don't see any around the area. Any thoughts?

for bass tournaments three the gander mtn is still going to be in minnesota, but they dropped the illions/wisc. division it is now called the anglers elite, there is also the a new silverado pro/am and the everstart on the river. i'm not for sure i can list the HSOforum that lists the all the tournaments. the silverado pro/am will only be 50 anglers, but there should be some good hooks to fish with. the everstart event will have some pro's from outside minnesota.

Go to the Classicbass.com.

They list all the tournament including the Elite Angler

which use to be the Gander Mt. I have fished them all

and people fishing the entire circuit get priorty and they

fill up fast. Chances of just fishing 1 or 2 are pretty

remote. I tried for two last year and it was entirely filled. With reqards to the Everstart, they have priorty

sign up based on what type of boat you own ( sponsor boats)

and it fills up fast. If your looking for a one shot thing

i would definitely try and get in the Everstart.

Good luck. Hurry up open water crazy.gif
