battery life?

does anyone know the battery life of a Vexilar compared to a MarCum?

This has been asked before... If I remember right, its very minimal... I have 1 of each unit.. both the LX-3 and the vex18... to be honest, neither of them have run out on me in a full day of fishing.. so its a toss up!

Never had a problem on the Marcum with 1 FULL day of fishing. Charge it up at night and good to go again. If you are concerned about life for a 2-3 day weekend with no electrical outlets available, bring a fully charged spare battery. They are fairly cheap.

my Marcum will run all day and then some but its a good idea to keep a extra
