It is a black eye on Daunte and he and all NFL players should be careful who they associate with, but I am not sure how much he should be held accountable for when he is 10,000 miles away. If a friend gets a DUI in my car that does not make me a drunk. The only issue is whether Daunte should have association with this guy or not.

The PR backlash from the "ice" incident was unwarranted. If that kid was truly asking for the necklace and expected to get it, it may be the most obnoxious question ever asked and Daunte should not be blamed for a misunderstanding.

Dauntes jewlery thing, the AP manufactured a story look anywhere else and that is what they will tell you. No one involved said that they thought the kid would keep the jewlery. I posted the real story in another thread guess you didn't see that.

Dauntes in Hawaii playing in the pro bowl, he is not babysitting his friends. If Daunte has the same #'s next year as he did this year he would pass Majikowski in #'s and be ready for the Pack Hall of Fame in just 2 seasons.

Lets not jump to the conclusion that it was Larry Tucker, one of Culpepper's closest friends, and Thomas Lamont Isaac's weed. They probably had no idea that when they used Culpepper's truck to probably run an errand for him that it held contraband and they would get in this much trouble.

Hey news flash to everybody neither team won the big one this year. Yeah, we choked against the Vikes, but the Vikes also choked twice against us during the reg season. Yep and the Eagles choked too. In fact every one seemed to choke besides the Pats. I will say this, the vikes choked more frequently than the pack this year during the season. Winning one big game doesn't make you a dynasty, just on top for the moment.

Here are some more fast facts for you guys

Last 10 years, Pack has 6 North/Central Championships

Last 5 years, Pack has 3 North/Central Championships

which is more than all the other teams combined

Worst finish in last 10 years 8-8 which is the vikes reg season record this year

If you look at that and can't convince youself that the Pack has been the dominant team in our division in the past decade you need go join Dante's friends in his vehicle.
