JohnD
Just wondering if anyone has a picture of a muskie replica that they can post, I'm particularly interested in seeing one from Fibertech, I'm looking for a place to do my next replica, and their turnaround time is very attractive. I have seen Artistic Anglers fish, and they are very nice, but I have yet to see a muskie from Fibertech, and I don't like the pictures they have on their HSOforum, so I'm hoping someone can do me a huge favor and post an example.thanks
SuddenlySummer
If you can wait until the Minneapolis Sport Show or the Muskie Expo in Blaine you'll be able to compair everyone side by side. Maybe get them to deal against each other for a better price.

Matt Johnson
FiberTech does a great job on replicas. I've had a few fish done there but no muskies. Here's another pic of a FiberTech muskie... Good Fishin, Matt Johnson
JohnD
Hey, thanks a lot biglakebass, that's just what I was looking for!
LEECH21
How come FiberTech's pictures seem to differ so much? Some of there mounts (the pictures) look great; and others, like the pic Matt posted, look crappy. What's up with that? Even all the pics they have on their web page look bad. Mark Christianson
The picture Matt posted is off the Fibertech HSOforum.I talked to the owner of Fibertech about his pictures on the HSOforum, and the lack of quality look on a lot of them.Mike said that to update the pictures for the HSOforum is very costly. At least to have pictures that would be taken at a studio.
JohnD
I wouldn't think you would necessarily need to take them at a studio, you could take them hanging on the wall with my crappy 2.1mp digital camera and they would look a lot better. Anyway, the pic you posted of the muskie looks beautiful, I'm sending my next replica to fibertec, but my Dad, and some friends of mine won't even consider it after seeing the fish on fibertech's HSOforum, as a lot of guys see that as the true representation of their work, since it is their "official" photo gallery. I'm willing to give it a shot though, so I guess I'll be the guini pig!
Mark Christianson
I agree, that that a studio isn't probably necessary, but I am just repping for Fibertech, not calling the shots.I'll let Mike know again, because I do think you are right. JohnD
I understand, and for what it's worth, you've sold me on them for my next replica by answering my questions here, and showing me some pictures, so thanks again.
