Finally got back from Iraq and looked at the name on our heater for the fish house. It is the reddy heater Hot Spot.

I think it puts out around 25,000. All I know is that when we have it on in the Otter Lodge we have it on low and have the 20# tank valve cranked allmost shut so it dosnt cook us out of the house..

Where in the otter do you put it while fishing? Can it be near the canvas?

It is a very rugged heater. We put it right infront of the door when we are fishing. We drill 2 holes on each side and the heater goes in the middle. Cant wait to get out today, got a new floor for the Lodge, the old turf from the first base line at the dome, some friends did a room in their basement and had some left over,, so I am gonna put it on the ice to make sight fishing easier,,, so excited
