Lowrance X-100c question

I am in need of a new graph as my old Garmin bit the dust. It am looking at the color models out there. Does anyone have any opinions on the Lowrance X-100c? I see Lowrance is coming out w/ a X-102c this year. I assume it has some better options or pixel count. I have found the x-100c at a pretty good price as a result. I assume that this would be an upgrade over a Garmin Fishfinder 160. Does the color read better in the sun, as advertised? Or if you can suggest any other models in the $300-400 range let me know. Thanks!

If you're thinking of the X100c for the color and the price, alot of guys here like their 480's. The X102c seems like the perfect compromise. For another 100 bucks I think You would be happy.
