Public land. Hayfield/Kasson. Need help!!

I will be down in that area for Christmas. Looking to walk a bit for pheasants. Anyone know of public land in this area?

I spent a little time in that area a few weeks back. There is some Pheasant Forever WMA's just north of Dodge Center. They look really nice. I saw maybe 5 roosters and a couple hens down there one day. I talked to a couple guys who did pretty well also. The locals I talked to said "No birds around here"......
