Question About Slick Knot Tier From Ice Show

Can anyone help me here. I purchased a couple of those slick little knot tiers from a booth at the St. Paul Ice fishing show. The booth was halfway doe from the entrance in the second row from the end with the food concessions. The thing is yellow, blue and orange and were being sold for $3.00 ea. or 2 for $5.00. I didn't pay enough attention to the guy demonstrating it and now I can't figure out how to use it, duh ! If anyone can post a sketch or description of how it works I would be grateful. Thanks.

i think thay will work great when your hands are freezing i know how hard it is to tye a knot when your hands are wet and numb but the more i thought about this item u could do the same thing with a plyers or a forceps but i still like the idea.
