chubby darter...

I picked a few up at the ice show and now I'm wondering how those of you who have them have used them successfully. I've always heard good things about them but my questions are in what situations? species? techniques? colors? Any insights would be appreciated.

I bought mine to use on jumbo perch. should work on walleyes too, but I never target them. Someone told me that the chubby darter works great for big perch. No hassle with the small ones and to jig it up to about 5 feet and let it drop. Perch love it. So I'm told. Haven't tried it yet.
