Ice House Vents

What kind of venting system do you prefer in your permanent fish house? I'm building my fishing shack now and I don't know if I should place them high on the wall - - - low or some high and low. Also , what type of vent offers good flexibility to control the amount of air circulation you want.

I guess it depends on your heat supply. if you are using wood heat, it may not be a big deal. but if your using internal sunflowers or sothing thats not fixed with exhaust, then it better have good ventalation.
