96 ZRT 600 Arctic Cat problem

I am having a problem getting gas to the Carbs. I can see it makes it as far as the shut off. Is this the pump? By theway what engages the pump. Is it when I pull the handle?

I sent you a post in the equipment forum. Also, in regards to your question, on our cats, the pump is run off of crankcase vacume. A hose runs from the crankcase to one side of the pump diaphram. The fuel runs on the other side. Pressure surges in the crankcase actuate the diaphram.
