Do you guys think that there should be some trophy for the driver that finishs first before the last ten races? It seems like a shame for Jimme Johnson not to get anything out of it.

You are right, Gordon was in first before the chase, but hes got enough trophies hehe

I still wish they stayed with the old point system even if it woulda gave Gordo another championship...

How about if they kept this "chase for the cup" thing with the 10 drivers and 10 races but eliminated the last guy after each race? Right now we would have 5 races and 5 guys still in it. Kind of makes you want to run up front, eh?

Sorry my fault boy it really shows a guy the bad luck that Jimmie had. I still think they need to do something becuase if you run good all year long and get to the 10 races and fall apart the year goes for not.

Good idea about knocking out a drive after each race that my have people going for the win instead of just finishing good.
