MNice
How have you dealt with waste water from washing dishes, hands, etc. I was thinking of just taking a 5-gal bucket, drilling about a 1/4" hole in the bottom and line bottom with newspapers to create a "mini septic system". Any thoughts??
Maryjl
Depending on where you are camping most camp grounds have a sewer you can dump this in or just take it to the bathroom and pour it down the sink. As long as it is only your grey water.<><Mary><>
MT Net
In the BWCA, we have 2 cook kits. We use (2) 5 quart (I think its 5 quarts) pots to wash dishes, one with a LITTLE soap, the other rinse. Just dump on the ground at least 50 feet from the lake. You don't need a lot of soap.[This message has been edited by MT Net (edited 06-26-2003).]
