Anyone know of any good campgrounds w/electric close or north of big vermillion? Or another good trout & walleye lake for camping?

Are you referring to Big Vermillion near Sioux Lookout? If so, there is a lodge on the lake that is very cheap....Big Vermillion Lodge. There is a campground on Little Vermillion Lake about 15 miles south of there.

you can keep 2 trout on Vermillion. But they are just starting a slot limit this year. Check the MNR web site. We've caught a lot of smallies over the years there too.

I'll check it out. I have a cabin in Sioux Lookout and might take a day trip to Vermilion . . big or little.
