Nestor Falls - Crow Lake Ice Conditons

I'm heading up next week 2-23-04. What are the slush conditions on Crow and beyond? I plan on fishing Crow, Rowan and Otterskin. Is LOW driveable to Hay on Stevens Bay?

Lotsa slush on both lake of the woods and crow lake. Brian

i just talked to a buddy of mine and he said he was in a few lakes over in Ontario. Pipestone, Loonhaunt, and a few other lakes and siad there was slush in every little lake he was in. as far as roads go out to hay well snowmobile is the only way to get there. Good luck Brian

I heard from Randy Hanson yesterday that nobody is able to drive trucks to Hay right now.

Animal, A friend just came back from trout fishing at Nestor falls, he said lots of slush on lakes and Muskie Bay Lodge from their access you can drive on the lake to four miles from Hay island then you need to ride snowmobiles. Hope this helps Good Luck
