walleye fishing near chicago

I will be in Chicago on business in August and would like to know of any walleye fishing close to Chicago? I am from Minnesota
and have a 16 1/5 Alumancraft with 50 h p tiller.

Walleye fishing in Chicago? Yikes. It's spotty at best. Your best bets are Delavan Lake right over the Wisconsin border, The Fox River which runs through the whole suburbs(it's better suited for Wading), I live right by Bussee Lake, I have caught some nice ones out there, and also Shabonna which is a little west but has some eyes(and a great musky lake if you get a chance)
