Muzzle loading-hunting question?

I know we can not use scopes on our muzzle-loaders, during the ML season. Can we scope those guns and use them during the slug season. After taking my first deer with my new muzzleloader (first-timer) I could not believe the accuracy and distance even though I shot her at maybe 30 feet. Would be nice to be able to shoot this gun more often.

yes, you can any season except blackpowder.
