Rain sucks!

This rains going to really screw the rest of the ice fishing season on some lakes. 

And snowmobiling!

looks like we will get a bit of a cold snap to firm things back up but this rain will make ice disappear faster than the sun and warm temps would

 

I have been so close to pulling the trigger on a permie shack this winter but haven't committed. lots of snow on the lakes this year and bad ice conditions has lots of people with buyers remorse. The prices are starting to come down a bit it appears.

It's going to get below temps in a few days but the landing may be bad and the roads with be glare ice. I'm sure lots of slush may not freeze up under the snow that's left. And the snowmobile trails will but shot.
