Went out in the truck for a few hours this morning. Found 12-14" of ice everywhere we drilled. Up to around 1/2 mile out from Warner Rd the ice was smooth, however after that was very poor.

Caught a couple of fish and called it an early day. Wow it was cold this morning -30C or more!

Thanks for the report. Hopefully heading up twice this year to Selkirk, once mid Jan., and again first part of March. Usually head out of that same area. Love these trips, will be my fifth year.... Broke the 30 in mark last year ... Love it
