x2 trap link

i am looking for a trap link for the x2.what is the deal why can i not seem to find them any where?did they stop making them?

yes --- They don't make trap links any more.

Yeah they stopped making them. Patent infringement of some sort.

So is that why they stop making them on their new houses? Was shocked that they stopped. Thought it was a great idea.

Yep patent infringement... I talked to a Clam rep at the Ice Show last Saturday... Apparently a tent maker has the patent to the trap link... Hopefully when this patent runs out, Clam will start making Traplink again...

Hope so. I picked up my fish trap Yukon the first year this trap link came out. Thought it was a good idea. You could head out on the ice and meet up with a buddy and link up later or unlink look for fish and link up again. And someone got a new one you still could link to the older one's.
