So, I have a new ice fishing trailer - 7x23 Stealth Predator - and looking for ideas on how to trick it out. Storage, power, flooring, accessories etc. to make it the ulitmate trailer to tow my sled, a 4x4, Clam Shelters and all my ice fishing gear.

I highly recommend these and these if you're going to haul snowmobiles in your trailer, Keith

And these for snowmobiles and/or ATV's.

Keith,

Your link to the picture didn't work so I went to your site and copied it and will post it for you.

I am guessing this was the picture of the trailer you linked to.

when trying to upload a picture go to the icons above the reply box and click on the one that is fifth from the left. it looks like a house with a blue arrow next to it. click it and it will take you to the upload screen where you can browse you computer for the picture you want to upload. once you select the picture click add file. once you are done adding files click the done adding files box. this is how you up load pictures to HSO. if you need anymore help feel free to PM me or any of the other site moderaters or administration for help.

Great looking trailer Keith, I am also considering a Stealth in a smaller version (6X14).

Just a few ideas... no end to the possibilities:

Mount some brackets on each sidewall. Brackets would accept 2 removable channel beams that would span the 7' width of the trailer allowing you to suspend Fishtraps over the top of your machines.

A shelf for helmets,comercially available.

Strikemaster auger racks to hang augers on the wall.

Hooks to hang Ice Armor.

Consider installing a heater with propane tank. Wouldn't it be nice to get home after a fishing trip and have all your stuff dry and your machines de-slushed ? I could go on and on...

Has anyone tried the Channel Beam idea? Is there any problem with too much weight on those side walls (with the beam and shacks up there)? Would be really nice seeing as it is very versatile - easy to take in and out.

On the heater, I hadn't thought of propane, was really leaning towards a 110 hookup and a small electric heater with fan. But propane would be usable anywhere.

Do you have any links for these commercially available shelves - the trailer already came with a helmet cabinet. I do want to add more to store some lures (360 boxes) and my electronics units/underwater camera.
