I'm looking for some good fishing around Britton/Sisseton area, was up around 12/10 on Clear, did alright some nice eyes, marked more fish but didnt get bit. Hows the fishing in that area now? I'm looking to get back up that way. How's the ice?

Fished Waubay Friday and Saturday (Dec. 26 and 27). Most folks were driving their pickups on. Saturday was a little eerie driving on; it had rained the night before and there was lots of standing water. If we hadn't driven off Friday night, I don't think we have driven on Saturday. Fishing was decent; you had to be willing to move around a lot to find the fish.

Tried Swan Dec 26th with no luck. Moved around on the north side and east side in the trees with not even a nibble. Fish from sunup until about 2:00pm Only saw a few other people and the story was the same. Went to Todd slough down the road, way too many people. Didn't even wet a line there.

I fished Waubay yesterday, limit of perch in the 8-10 in range, travel 8-miles on my ATV, but there is alot of pickup traffic now, go on at the Grenville boat ramp go about 2-miles so, so. east. you will see the croud.
caught one walleye 14.25 in. starting 1-1-2004 they can be 14 to keep, but still can have only 2.
