When initially turned on it works fine for a few seconds. Then the wheel begins to become more green until the entire wheel is green and the red line at the top is yellow. 

 

I just got it back from marcum where they replaced the motor and ducer. 

I have fully charged it and redid all of the connections. 

 

Anyone else had this?
