Eagles in their environment

Ran across these fellas at a slough about 30 miles north of Park Rapids. I had driven through the Paul Bunyan State Forest and gone on a few hikes and was grumbling that there was nothing to photograph. I then decided to drive down the road along this slough just outside the forest, and there they were.

Great pictures.   I'm used to seeing eagles, but those pictures are outstanding.

Thanks Del. Right place and right time. Actually, I first came across them in the morning and then went back later in the afternoon and they were still there. Unfortunately, this time of the year there was no light from behind me.
