Proview 'ducer

Just finished the build on the new wheelhouse and since im in the money spending mode, any thoughts on replacing 'ducers with proviews.  Currently have a 12 and dual beam.  Any input helpful.

I replaced my transducer on my  fl 18 with a proview  last winter very pleased with it. I thought my vexilar was going bad it was not picking up my hook anymore.  Replaced my transducer with a new proview worked great last spring crappie fishing. Replacing the transducer on my fl 12 with a proview this week.

I have a FLX 28, 3rd year now, and still can't tell you if I like the Proview or not. My experience is the opposite of Hunter's, I lose small jigs to the side of the beam.  9 degrees seems like a larger difference from 12 than I imagined. They say turn up the power and the beam expands but then you also get more clutter. If you guys do change and want to sell a 12 reasonable PM me, I would like to have both but it's not worth $90 for me to go buy another one to try it..
