Whos getting ready...! I know i already have the ants in my pants to get out and walk some trails. Well how does everyone think its going to be this year? Personally i dont think ive seen a bad year yet. Weve seen 50+ birds a year for the past 3 years. And if you ask me that pretty good!!! Well what does everyone else think??? Getting ecxited?

I'm with ya kid. Grouse hunting has turned into an obsession more than a hobby for me. I have the luxury of not having to work after Oct 31, so just about every chance I get I am out busting the brush. I have trips to Wisconsin, Michigan and Canada planned already, not to mention a trip to Kansas for bobwhites in November. Good luck to you this fall.
