Finns
I've been known to fish Mo., Okla., Ia., and Mn. All have state dept. of fishing (or some dept.) that puts out weekly fishing reports. I cannot find one for the state of South Dakota. Looked on the net to no avail. Any help? Boys don't do computer so it's up to me. They are going to Oahe in July. Finns
Sent them an email and received this response. After several months of evaluating the customer use and the inconsistencies of how the GFP outdoor hunting and fishing reports were being compiled across the state, it was decided (this week) to completely remove them from the page and to no longer require regional staff to compile these reports. At times, these reports were done well, however, they were done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and often times it became a challenge to maintain and keep them as updated as possible; especially as staff tried to obtain timely information from the field. We know that compiling these reports was a service to our customers, however, after evaluating their online traffic and usage as well as the staff time and resources to compile them, we decided to discontinue them. To receive the most up to date information, we would encourage customers to contact their nearest GFP office below: Aberdeen 605.626.2391 Chamberlain 605.734.4530 Fort Pierre 605.223.7700 Huron 605.353.7145 Mobridge 605.845.7814 Rapid City 605.394.2391 Sioux Falls 605.362.2700 Watertown 605.882.5200 Webster 605.345.3381 Thank you LouAnn Miller SD Game Fish & Parks Phone number 605-223-7660
carpshooterdeluxe
Best bet is to call a few of the businesses in the area your crew will be staying. Other than that, you could listen to the weekly report from KWAT radio out of watertown, http://www.gowatertown.net/kwat-outdoors-hunting-and-fishing-show-with-don-fjerstad/ Finns
