i gave the BABT another taste test and this time i cooked it properly and didnt over.cook it. it wa.sreally oist and juicy and had awsom flavor, peppers.wernt over powering. the guys at work, loved so its a total.success. thaks reinhard!!

Maybe just needed a day or two to meld, looks really good boar. Kinda like smoked cheese, the longer it sits the better after heavy smoke, I gotta try this.
