Remove books from Kindle?

I have way too many books on a couple of Kindles and don't recall how to  remove some of them. Anybody know the quick and dirty way to do this?  I can go look it up of course but thought somebody might know right off the top of their head.

If I recall, for a touch screen type like a paper white, just touch and hold the title.  A box will pop up with some choices, one of which is "delete this book"

Or download and install on your computer Calibre, the ebook library management system.  It lets you add and delete books when the device is plugged into the computer.
