Anybody have a number for the U of M vet school?

I put my old female lab to sleep last summer because she had an udder tumor/cancer that grew from the size of a nickle to a grapefruit in three months. My vet says that won't happen to a female dog that has been fixed. Would like to confirm that before I take my remaining 7 year old female dog in to get fixed. Anybody have a number for the U?
