Just took Finn into the vet and at 9 weeks he is 23 pounds. The vet said he is not fat just a huge boy.  He does so good about going to the door when I am home but when my wife gets home he thinks it is ok to pee on the floor. I know he is still a puppy but it drives me nuts that he does so good all day. O yeah Finn likes to sleep on his back and snores like a chainsaw

vet told me years ago that from 8 weeks they double in size every month for a few months and it's been pretty true to form for my dogs.  Do the math...youre going to need a bigger boat.

and bigger truck and bigger house. The Chihuahuas might want to start being nice to Finn.

No more buying little boxes of dog treats you will soon be buying the jumbo big boy treats. Just like a growing teenager Finn is going to need a bigger place to sleep, I bet he is eying the couch already. You are going to have a blast with him, peeing when the wife is home and you are gone? The wife better let Finn know that she is also his boss

He is pretty camod. Our dogs sleep on the couch unless a bed is available.

Got home from the get together and Finn has been sleeping for couple hours now. It was a small turn out but it was ok I got to talk to members how showed up. Passed some info to each other and some even fished. I did not fish but that is ok, because Finn would have made fishing difficult.

Monster I hope you keep us updated on Finn's progress. So many times I see people announce a new pup and then we never hear what happens to them. For those of us who have dogs it is like hearing what our kids kids are doing..

Yeah I can keep people up to date on Finn's progress. At this time he is sleeping and snoring like he cutting down every tree on the Superior National Forest.
