With these three awesome gifts, I can check-off the last major pieces of equipment on my home processing list. Now, all I need is room!!!! I'm especially looking forward to digging into this book. It covers everything from smoking to fresh sausage, to fermenting, to whole meat products. Really gets into the science of it all.
