Santa was good to me this year. With these three awesome gifts, I can check-off the last major pieces of equipment on my home processing list. Now, all I need is room!!!!  I'm especially looking forward to digging into this book. It covers everything from smoking to fresh sausage, to fermenting, to whole meat products.
