knoppers
I am sure this has been made many times, but would like to share my recipe.I get the wild rice mix that also has long grain in it, its a Minnesota mix you can get in any market, 1 pound. cook the rice, then brown up some hamburger (venison is best), I would think 1-2 pounds is about right, put in mushrooms, then a can of cream of mushroom soup, mix well. put in the rice, and a can of golden mushroom soup, add parsley, and some sweet basil, cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.awesome, I have made this 2 times in the last 4 weeks, its that good.I am single, and this amount will last every bit of 5 days of meals for myself.I know many people make something very similar to this, if you have anything to add, please do. I just was winging it when I made it and would also like to here your recipe.
