rascal, sorry dude missed this message. Yeah I fish around Brainerd Area. We hit it, Tons....TONS of suckers so therefore the trout weren't interested. I generally throw Panthers in size 1 or 2 and smaller Husky Jerks.

We went to the Kinni on Tuesday below RF. Pretty slow. Got a few fish on a br. trout Pins minnow. Got some bumps and flashes on a yellow mariboo jig, but no hook ups. Nothing on a spinner. Tough weather conditions.

Will be on Whitewater Sun. - Wed. North and middle branch mainly. Always gotta check some spots on main below Elba. Should be good with the warming weather.

Went out for a few hours in the scattered rain yesterday for one last early season trip. Got soaked but it was fun. Landed 20 browns and about 15 brookies. The main stream I fished is usually a 10-2 brown to brook stream, and almost all the brooks I caught were dinks so they must have just stocked the brooks before the regular season opens. Mostly on a size 2 gold and orange panther, a few on a Berkeley trout worm.
