lungdeflator
If everything goes good and I can get out of work a little early. I'll be buying my first snowmobile tonight. A 2009 Polaris RMK 600 with a 144" track. 2500 miles, but the thing is super clean. Body and plastics and track in awesome shape and so is the motor. Guy is asking 3800$. Also comes with the hand guards and underseat bag. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for! Hopefully everything goes well and I can post some pics soon. leech~~
Seems like the price is right in the ball park, but since it is the end of the year and people don't want to store them all summer. You may as well look for a few little issues with it, track paddle nicks, hood scratches, seat nicks-rips and use them to try and get him down a bit right at the end. Also, ask him if it was ever a rental unit? Is he the first owner? Lot's of them from out west are cleaned up and resold. Look for little sticker-tag fade spots or adhesive left on or around the hood or windshield where the out of state tags would have been. Look over the track close for paddle bend over rips and check the motor head bolt nuts to see if the top end has ever been worked on? Good luck! lungdeflator
Well there it is! Sorry I didn't take more pics. Should be a good all around sled for me. I don't think I am going to put on a ton of miles so should last a few years!
